1 bunch (or more!) spring onions with tops, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil Kosher salt 1 garlic clove, grated ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup sour cream 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon chopped fresh herb of choice Freshly ground black pepper Heat broiler. Toss chopped onions with olive oil; season with salt. Broil, tossing once, until charred, 10–15 minutes. Let cool. Mix with garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and herbs; season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with chopped herbs. Comments are closed.
