If you don’t have garam masala spice, you can just use a combo of ginger, cinnamon, cumin and (if you have it) ground cardamom. If you have some leftover turnips, throw them in too!
1 lb Sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1⁄2 inch cubes 1 TBSP Garam masala
1⁄2 TBSP ground coriander
1 TBSP salt
1 TBSP brown sugar 3 TBSP oil of choice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix spices and brown sugar in a small bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil, and spread potatoes on sheet. Drizzle with the oil and spices, and mix to coat all of the potatoes.
Roast for 30 minutes, stirring about halfway through. Serve with your radish raita!
